The reading intervention program at LDAS is an intensive, one-on-one service to help struggling students learn the skills they need to become successful readers.
Students meet with a qualified instructor for 45 minutes to work on the specific skills they need to strengthen their reading. A diagnosis of a learning disability is not required to receive this service.
What: One-on-one sessions with tutors who have specialized training in evidence-based practices for teaching children to read.
Where: 1445 Park Street (across from Tim Horton’s). We are on the third floor.
