The Summer Sunshine Day Camp is a fun and welcoming day camp for kids ages 7 to 11 who are ready to explore, create, and have fun! Each day is filled with exciting activities like games, field trips, arts and crafts, and creative projects designed to build confidence and spark curiosity.
Our counselors focus on creating a positive, supportive environment where kids can have fun through play and crafts, trying new things, and building new friendships.
Our program is recreation-based and does not involve any academic instruction or learning goals. Children are welcome to join regardless of whether they have a learning disability diagnosis—no diagnosis or documentation is required to participate.
Please note that our program is designed for children who can participate independently in a group camp setting with a typical camper-to-staff ratio. Currently, we are not equipped to provide one-on-one support or specialized care for children with significant support needs. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.

8:00 – 9:00 am – DROP OFF
9:00 am – 12:00 pm – MORNING ACTIVITIES AT OUR LDAS OFFICE
1:00 – 4:00 pm – FIELD TRIPS AROUND THE CITY (TRANSPORTED BY SCHOOL BUS)
4:00 – 4:30 pm – PICK UP

Camp 5 – August 4 – 7 (short week)

Important details about our booking system. Please read before booking camper(s).
You will have to set up a separate profile and username for each child you are booking for camp. Do not use the same email address as a username for each profile you create. Instead, create a different username for each profile and use your email as the contact information once this has been created. Otherwise, using the same username or same email address as a username for multiple accounts will limit the accounts you can sign into and information you can access.
Please make sure that the first, last, preferred names and pronouns are those of the camper you are registering for, as well as the address, date of birth, gender and so on.
